Lee is in his 2nd year with 900VB!
Lee has been playing/coaching volleyball since his sophmore year in high school. His junior year in high school, he started the men's volleyball club which competed in local/national tournaments his senior year. Lee also played for Tejas Volleyball Club. They were the top ranked men's volleyball program in Texas his senior year, winning numerous tournaments, as well as competing in the Junior Olympics in 1990.
Lee developed his creativity in the sand, winning tournaments in Texas in the early 1990's. Lee attended University of North Texas and started for the men's club team from 1990-1993 as an outside hitter/ setter. He graduated from UNT in 1994.
Today, Lee enjoys teaching his 3 kids to play. He has been happily married since May 1999 to his wonderful wife Gretchen! He is currently coaching several academy teams, as his passion is working with developing younger players. He loves teaching the game to others so they can develop the same lifelong fulfillment and enjoyment of the game as he has. In addition, Lee also provides private training for those who are willing to put in the time necessary to excel.
