Lauren is the 817.14.1 Head Coach for the 2009-2010 Club Season. 
 
This is her first year with 900VB.  Her 5th year of coaching club.
 
She has an extensive background in volleyball. After playing for Granbury High School and club for Texas Advantage, she went to Texas Wesleyan University where they won the Red River Athletic Conference Championship and made it to the NAIA National Tournament Elite Eight in 2005. The next season she received Libero of the Week for the Red River Athletic Conference.
 
In 2007, she transferred to Lubbock Christian University. For two consecutive seasons they posted over 30 wins and claimed back-to-back Sooner Athletic Conference Champion titles. Her senior year, 2008, the team finished with a record of 36-6, and made a NAIA National Tournament appearance finishing in the Elite Eight. During that season her team posted a 22 match win streak which included a huge win over NCAA Division II No. 3 ranked West Texas A&M (3-2).
 
Lauren received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Lubbock Christian University in May 2009. 
 
Lauren was also the Luboock Christian University Volleyball Student Assistant after completing her athletic eligibility.  She has coached club for X-treme Volleyball in Lubbock and Team North Texas.
 
The previous four seasons Lauren has spent her time coaching 13's and 14's. She loves watching this age group as they learn new skills and begin using them in competition. While coaching for X-treme Volleyball Club in Lubbock, TX Lauren's team won several tournaments within the Sun Country Region including Lubbock's largest tournament Tumbleweed and another large tournament in Amarillo, TX. 
 
She is also USAV Impact and CAP I certified.
